Since its founding in 1946, Florida College has stood as 
“A Friend to Youth”, fostering an environment that blends academic excellence with a foundation in faith. For decades, we’ve extended the family experience, integrating God’s word into every facet of education to prepare students for lives of purpose and service. Over time, our campus, degree programs, and opportunities have grown to meet the needs of an evolving world while remaining true to our mission. 

Building on this legacy, Florida College introduced Florida College Academy, a K-12 college-preparatory program that has become a beacon for students in the Tampa area. FCA offers a fully developed curriculum in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring students receive a quality education that prepares them for the future.

Fortress Christian represents the next step in our journey—extending the reach of Florida College beyond Temple Terrace and Tampa. With the power of online learning, we’re uniting Christian students and families across the nation who share the vision of a faith-based education.
